During initial registration for any conference year, if you select yes to conference payment, then you must upload evidence. Allowed formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF only. If you choose NO, you can submit the registration and use the CONFEREE PROFILE EDITING feature to edit and upload the evidence later. However, during editing of conferee profile for any conference year, uploading of payment evidence is optional if you have already uploaded it during the initial conference year registration or during the RETURNING CONFEREES profile update.
